Hi, I'm Niklas – born in 2002 and a tech enthusiast through and through. My enthusiasm for technology was sparked early on: already in my childhood, I was the go-to contact for all technical questions in my home village. What started with simple curiosity quickly turned into a deep passion. I began experimenting with home networks at a young age, understanding the logic behind the cables. Today, this passion has grown into a professional setup: I manage my own server rack in the basement, in which I actively operate and test everything from routers, switches, and firewalls to servers, NAS systems, UPS units, and various smaller devices to constantly expand my knowledge.

At the age of 18, I made a decisive step and moved to Nuremberg to fully realize my dream of a career in the IT industry. This bold move paid off. Today, I am deeply rooted in the world of network technology and system integration, with a special focus on hardware. My expertise lies primarily in developing solutions with Cisco, while I also have experience with Arista and Lancom. But I don't just stop at the network layer: I am broadly and diversely positioned across all three worlds—Linux, Windows, and Apple. A significant part of my work and interest is dedicated to automation. I build complex automations using Python and Ansible and love connecting the physical and digital worlds through IoT technologies like ZigBee, KNX, Modbus RTU/TCP, and NodeRED.

Behind the technology stands a person full of zest for life and boundless ambition. I am incredibly curious by nature, and when a topic grabs me, I could easily work on it all day long – not because I have to, but because I want to. In doing so, I always value clear, direct, but above all, open and honest communication at eye level. Community is essential to me: I am sociable, well-connected throughout the country, and thrive on genuine exchange with others. To balance this focus, I often seek the extreme and adventure. Whether skydiving from 4000 meters, bungee jumping, or wild rafting – I love the adrenaline kick and enjoy trying out crazy experiences. When I'm not hanging in the air, I am very active in sports, finding my balance in cycling, swimming, running, extensive hiking tours, or working out in the gym. I also travel passionately to immerse myself in foreign cultures and broaden my horizons. I enjoy manual work, creating things with durability with my own hands. And no matter what I do, music is my constant companion: I am a passionate concert and festival goer with a musical taste that knows no bounds – from hard Rock and German Rap to Jazz and Schlager, all the way to Classical music and Musicals.
